    I offer individual therapy sessions focused on depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and phase of life transitions. I also am passionate about helping people work through difficult family, friend, and romantic relationships. I work from a transtheoretic lens including psychodynamic, ACT, and humanistic elements.

  • CBT for Insomnia

    If you are experiencing difficulty sleeping, I offer dedicated CBT therapy for insomnia. Together we will work though pattern identification and skill building to help restore restful sleep hygiene and maintenance. CBT for insomnia has been clinically proven to be the most effective treatment for those with sleep difficulties without an underlying medical condition.

  • Chronic Pain

    As someone with lived experience in chronic pain, I know first-hand how hard living with pain can be. I offer individual therapy services to help people change their experience with pain through a biopsychosocial framework. I am also able to coordinate with other members of the pain treatment team to endure wraparound care. Whether you have been living with chronic pain for over a decade or are newly diagnosed, I can help you build skills to live your life as fully as possible.
